Jointly with the Solutions Project, Ciclos de Cambio is a women and youth-centered initiative that weaves intergenerational healing practices with systems-change strategies to address menstrual equity, environmental justice, and health equity in Latino communities. Convened by Amistades, the program creates culturally grounded spaces where families can break stigma around reproductive health, build climate awareness, and access dignity-centered resources that reflect their lived realities. By linking menstrual health to climate resilience, Ciclos de Cambio introduces environmental consciousness in practical, culturally relevant ways while responding to the urgent impacts of extreme heat. Through collaboration, cultural fluency, and community leadership, the program amplifies Latino voices to shape policies, practices, and long-term resilience.
